The friendly staff always greet me upon arrival. I am extremely impressed with the kind, caring and very compassionate staff at The Parkcliffe. The caregivers and nurses are engaged with the residents. The nurses and management team are always communicating with my clinicians. This allows us to provide the best personalized care for each unique resident.

For two years my wife was a resident at this Memory Care facility. The attentive care she received along with hospice care was excellent. The caregiving staff were always considerate of my wife’s needs as she went through her incurable and progressive memory impairment situation. For the staff caregivers this can be an extremely challenging job, but I for one am thankful they were there for me.
Our Mom spent the last months of her life at Parkcliffe and I can't think of any other place I would have wanted her to be. The loving care she received was excellent and many times above and beyond. The staff is incredible and so many of them have been working at this facility for many, many years. The caregivers are knowledgeable on individual residents preferences, and they make accommodations to meet residents needs. Residents are provided with socialization with family style meals in a safe environment. Parkcliffe Community has great relationships with local Home Health, Therapy, and Hospice companies to meet the needs of their residents.
