Beautiful, posh facility. The service and organization reflects the high standard too. Someone in our family had a colonoscopy procedure and this place wheeled out our patient; very nice and helpful. Christmas decor is lovely and unique with a life size Manger Scene! Interior is spotless and squeaky clean. You’re in good hands here but remember, give health care workers and cafeteria employees some grace!
I was in your hospital twice within the past month. The quality of the nurses is mediocre at best. Some speak broken English. You would think they would offer to give you a bath. Very under staffed for the patients to get the care they deserve. I am thankful my wife was my advocate and the best nurse to look after my best interests. Advent Health Parker, Colorado 9395 Crown Crest Blvd, Parker, CO 80138 Advent Health can be a little confusing so I recommend getting clarification ahead of time on both the address and the name of the building one is to go to. I was not the patient so I cannot speak to what it is like being a patient there. Being directed and redirected and directed again to different buildings took around 30 minutes to find the correct location. Great experience!! Alice was a joy to work with when I checked in. She was such a kind, caring sweetheart! My nurse Cat was amazing as well! Super sweet and caring as well!
Overall service and care is very good. I would say costs are on the higher end. They are investing a significant amount to expand the facilities, however it is evident they are unable to maintain the facilities in a clean steral manor. The last few visits the facilities are filthy. I don't imagine they meet state cleanliness standards for a medical facility.
