I can offer the highest endorsement of Parker & Dufresne because of how well they helped my mother with her Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. She was an honorable and responsible person all of her life, but due to some poor financial decisions regarding her retirement income, found it necessary to do this. She was scared, embarrassed, and didn’t know what to expect. Greg Gilbert, her attorney, was understanding, patient, and explained the process as it progressed. They are total professionals with a sound compassion for their clients. Mega kudos to Mr. Gilbert and the entire staff. She was very pleased with how she was treated. Thank you, Parker & Dufresne!!

I went through a difficult financial time in 2018. I had to declare banruptcy and I was given the name of Parker and DuFresne. They put all my fears at ease. All my questions were answered. I also dealt with the office staff who were great. If I had questions they would respond by phone or email the same day, I would recommend this firm highly.

Parker & DuFresne was first recommended to me by a trusted friend, and after my experience with them, I am happy to recommend them to others. At every point the pursuit of my legal matter, Mr. DuFresne and his team were proactive in the effort to resolve the matter, quick to answer my (many) questions, and always set reasonable expectations about my options and how best to move forward. My legal matter was resolved in what I believe was the best possible outcome, and if I have another legal matter within their areas of practice, I would absolutely use their services again.

Over a decade ago I had to enlist the services of a lawyer. I interviewed multiple firms and in the end chose Parker and DeFrene. Chip Parker and his team provided the special attention my challenging case required in order to reach an amicable outcome. I was very happy with the representation I received. Heading into chapter 7 in your 60’s is an unsettling experience. I am happy I found Parker and Dufresne to help me through this tense time in my life. The initial consultation which was free lasted a full hour and I was given all the information including cost needed to make a decision. Our consultation was documented and sent to me via email. I did not jump into a decision. I waited a month before contacting them to begin the process. During the process, I talked with Mr. Parker, Mr. Dufresne, Mr. Gilbert, Ms. Ideis, and Ms. Sartor. They were very professional and friendly to me during the entire proceeding, and I was prepared for each phase of the process since they answered any questions that I had. They helped me quite a bit during the final negotiation process, which I never would have felt comfortable with. This part more than offset the fees that were associated with filing Chapter 7.
