I rented here all through college and didn't know how good I had it. I moved out to rent at another agency in Russellville and it was awful. Parker Place gave me nearly my full deposit back after 5+ years renting. Went through a lot of roommates and could've kept it cleaner too... Staff was always nice and accommodating to our issues.
The head of the maintenance team is pretty nice and very willing to help you. This is the only nice thing about Parker Place Apartments in Russellville, AR. The lady at the front desk is never there even around noon and always leaves before 5. She signs for packages then never contacts you to let you know she has your package. There are no security cameras so the on site laundry is always trashed. The apartment we moved into was not properly cleaned and didn't even look like it was vacuumed.
