Parkers always has a human to answer the phone for any assistance 24/7. Parkers is always courteous and puts the customer first.(special thanks to Leroy Taylor and his co worker for finding the problem and repairing it perfectly.) A big shout out to Parker's Heating and Air for replacing two of our HVAC systems last Thursday! They worked for 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and got it done! A huge thank you to Kyle Kennon, and all of the technicians for their hard work, AND more importantly, for being so nice to Ian-my 3 year old- (especially Matt) as he followed you guys around all day with his tools helping you guys.
