Would not recommend. We had a terrible and frustrating experience during and especially towards the end of our contract. Lack of communication within Parkes led to a check-out inventory inspector unexpectedly visitor our property with their own set of keys on a Saturday morning, without any notice and when we weren’t moving out for another few months.
