Park started out nice, has gone downhill in less than a year. They only trim the top of the palm tree-the bottom is my responsibility -anything to save money.THEY RAISED THE RENT WHENEVER THEY WANT! There are no laws to prevent this! They've also put a huge wooden plank across the door to the billiards & exercise rooms-guess they don't want us to use the amenities we pay for! I’ve been staying at Parkhaven Estates during the winter months for several years and it’s truly a gem. The park has become lively with snowbirds returning, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. The amenities are fantastic—the pickleball courts and pools are in constant use, providing plenty of opportunities to stay active and socialize. Nice park for the elderly. Lots of events and community activity.
I live at Park Haven my shed was broken into at the first of the year. i would see homeless people running around the park at early morning hours. ever since the manager Gregg took over the park is so much nicer there is no more homeless people running around. the park is much more safer and looks really nice. The manager Gregg has done an amazing job.
We have new management, they are awesome. New owners too. The park is gorgeous. Pools and hot tubs are open 24/7. That's one of the reasons why most of us moved here. It's fantastic. New residence are friendly and fun. We miss our Canadian friends. I've lived here 8 years and absolutely LOVE this park.
