Terrible, we were told to book online, picked our spot and pulled in on a weekend. No amenities, no utilities, no one to assist. The next day the office employee yelled and blamed my friend for booking online, picking the wrong end of the park, etc, etc....So after a night of no electricity or water they still charged us a fee. Ridiculous!!Would not recommend this park or area.
Park was nice, went downhill in less than a year. They RAISED THE RENT TWICE IN LESS THAN ONE YEAR! They don't maintain anything, staff are inept, homeless trespass & use our home outside water faucets & staff doesn't notify us or call the police. Park is unsafe. They respond to reviews & DO NOTHING! Protect yourself, don't live here.
Decent place to live, but be prepared for a lack of privacy. The community has a bit of a "watchdog" vibe—residents and management can be overly nosy, and there’s a tendency to involve law enforcement over minor issues. If you value peace and quiet without the neighborhood gossip, this might not be the ideal fit.
Not a very secure place to live we have seen sketchy people walking around here been here almost a year can be very noisy mobile home we’re renting seems to have no insulation so you hear everything. Everybody is so close together you could spit out your window and still hit their mobile home.

The park has become lively with snowbirds returning, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. The amenities are fantastic—the pickleball courts and pools are in constant use, providing plenty of opportunities to stay active and socialize. There’s always something happening, from card games and floor shuffle to cornhole and weekly happy hours that bring everyone together. Community events are another highlight. T... read more
