I've been going to Parkhill for MANY many years, through Dr Simmons...then Dr. Davidson AND now the new owner Dr. Young. I have found all of them (both the doctors, vet techs and the staff) extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and I'm so glad they were all there in my corner to help me with & through all of my fur babies conditions/concerns. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

The new owner, Dr. Kris Young was so amazing with my very ill dog. He helped me figure out what was going on with my sweet girl, and the best course of action to take for her health. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am so thankful to have them to rely on. I would recommend Dr. Young to anyone.
The new vet, Dr Kris Young, is an incredible vet. He is honest, fair, knowledgeable and so caring and gentle with our sweet older dog. I highly recommend him.
Our dog needed to be euthanized because of a huge tumor that had grown incredibly large over the summer. Called Parkhill as this is our vet but because we hadn't been there in a few years they wouldn't give us an appointment for 2 WEEKS!! 2 WEEKS? We've been carrying him up the stairs and he could barely walk but because we hadn't been dumping money to them for a while we weren't worthy. "Our mission is to provide compassionate care and excellence customer service " ......NOT TODAY
I used this veterinarian clinic for several years and will never use it again. Not only is this one of the most expensive pet hospitals in Peterborough, but the service has become progressively worse.
