Maintenace do wonderful job. When I submit request it get done on the same day. I appreciate the Maintenace team at ParkStone at Indian Land.
The property is well maintained. We’ve liked living here so far & enjoy the amenities. Overall a quiet complex community. Good lighting is provided in and around the property, especially in common areas. The apartments are spacious with nice appliances. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed. We think the valet trash fee $25 per month & additional $7 trash fee on the conservice bill per month is unreasonable. A total $32 fee for trash removal is ridiculous. Ok, i put a request in the morning of the hurricane helene. Literally not expecting anyone for a few days. Lonnie appears and fixes my problems and on his way. Nicest guy ever and so promt and accurate. Highly recommend.
