There are , to my knowledge, 2 maintenance men employed here. I haven't seen them in several months, only when I had an emergency, 3 times, which was a clogged toilet. I have about 3 issues for them to fix, and have had these forat least 4 months. My friend, has been waiting 4.5 months for her ceiling fan to be fixed, and in talking to many neighbors, I have found that they have at least 2 or 3 issues that need tending to.
