My spouse and I moved in 2022, now we have a new addition. Sincerely, it is a tranquil apartment complex which has been our dream. The staff are pleasant and show professionalism, moreover, the environment is well preserved and organised. We just have a great fondness for the place. Moved from Jamestown Apartment in Warwick which is comfortable living but coz of too far from our work. The new place to live as called Parkview Exchange is completely terrible. Customer service could bd below 1 star. We are breaking the 1 Year contract of staying because we can't stay in the winter season with No Heating (not working many times n takes days to get fixed), informed them about the noises from upstairs but nothing better, no locker room for laundry, only one washer n dryer (6 machines when I was living at my p... read more

Parkview has been my home since 2006. I have had four different apartments but that was situational and requested and I've been very happy with each decision. However....The last couple of years things have been going downhill. This year, for the very first time I had a beetle infestation and most recently in August Mouse infestation!!! ( STILL remains an issue.) I have not stayed here in approximately a month, however I come here daily to every other day to clean continuous mouse droppings myself! I moved in in Jan 2021. Apartment nice, clean, comfortable. Nice location, close to Slater Park. Lots of stores. Im not from the area so getting use to the place. I live alone with my son and we are quiet , clean, and keep to ourselves. I never really have company. The minute I have any company, a neighbor in my building complains on every little noise. This place is real good. We stayed for a year before moving out. The maintenance crew is amazing. All requests are addressed on time. Property manager Kristen is very friendly, polite.
