KB properly welcomed us to Chicago!!! Highly recommend asking for her when you visit parkway. We didn’t know what we wanted when we walked in but she quickly redirected us to the best items available and not to mention the boss deals!! Thank you KB
Cool vibes, love that they kept/converted the fireplace from docs. The bookshelf door is rad! Easy to access with the parking lot right there and quick to get in and out. Friendly staff, loved seeing KB there today! Met her at a prior location and was happy to see her. She’s cool vibes and good energy. Best dispensary in Chicagoland area that I’ve been to.
I had an amazing experience at parkway dispensary KB was super knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. Their customer service was top-tier, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!
I have been a customer since this place opened. And today I am very disappointed. I am visiting this place nearly everyday, and today they would not allow me to use my card without a chip. I use that exact card at this place all of the time. And today not excepting it, he would even let me swipe the card holding his finger over the slot. Michael was so nice and helpful. I let him know what kind of effects I wanted and he was able to quickly offer several great suggestions. He really knows his stuff! I bought more than I had originally intended, but partly because the prices were good. Having to enter the shop through a hidden bookshelf was a nice touch, too!
