I called on a Monday. Dillon came on a Tuesday. I had been told a couple times that our unit was undersized and it finally quit. It was time for a new unit. They were able to get us on the schedule for Thursday. Gilberto and Kevin showed up at 8am on the dot and worked until way after 7pm installing a new system, upgrading our duct work, new copper lines, top to bottom new system. We had a great experience with our air conditioning service. The technician (Demetrey) was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining everything to us. He was also very respectful and kind, taking the time to answer all of our questions with patience. Eric was fantastic! Appreciated how he answered all my questions and gave me a good overview of what replacing my unit would look like (even though he was here for a quick wire repair). You can tell he’s very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work and I’m so grateful he was able to make the repair to my outside until in a timely manner. Outstanding service today! Called this morning about AC not cooling. The front office was very understanding and made magic happen in the height of the summer busy season. She scheduled service for late afternoon. Dan arrived and quickly identified and addressed the issue. This is not the first service Dan provided over the past few years. He is always professional and clearly explains the issues and recommendations. I highly recommend Paschal and Dan if you have any heating and cooling issues.
