I was pleased with the service I received from PIP. I have used them a couple of times for passport photos and once for fingerprints. Each time that I used PIP for services, the process was seamless from the appointment set up through to payment. The attendant was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. This is my “go to” company! I highly recommend them!

I used their service about a year ago in trying to submit an acceptable electronic photo image for a foreign passport application. My previous photos taken by employees at Walgreens and FedEx had been rejected for reasons I don’t remember now. Photos I had taken at home also didn’t work. Great service. The staff is professional and friendly. I got my fingerprints done, and they ensured that my prints were clear and usable. My only regret is I didn't know about this place when I recently had my passport photos taken. I will use their services again in the future.
