Pat and his team are excellent! They give the client as much time as he/she needs to have a successful loan experience, and to understand every detail of the transaction . They will take time to answer any and all questions no matter the number of times called. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a mortgage. They processed my loan quickly and smoothly. Pat and the team were completely on top of our refinancing. We only wish we could have financed it with a Guaranteed Rate from the beginning of our home purchase. But all good things come to those who wait. The ease of completing the financing paperwork compared with our previous broker was night and day...with Guaranteed Rate being the day! We cannot recommend Guaranteed Rate, Pat, and the rest of his team highly enough. You must go with them if you want a stress-free home financing process.
