Patio Enclosures provided an excellent product for my patio. The design is excellent and the materials (glass, frame, doors and locks) are all high quality material. The only issue we had was installation. One door was not initially properly installed and had to be corrected. However, the correction process was not ideal. The corrected door adjustment did not completely resolve the issue. All else was great. Very easy to communicate w/ Patio Enclosures team and installation scheduler…very responsive.
Our patio enclosure has been ongoing for over 7 months. We've heard every excuse as to why they haven't been able to finish. We failed the building inspection. Workmanship has been poor. Completely dissatisfied. They're scheduled tomorrow to finish...we'll see. 5/17/23 Update: no show today, but they at least called this morning to let me know. 8/12/23 Update: time to get an attorney involved. We had a large two level screen project done and are very happy with the results. They tore out our old screen and wood railings and replaced them with beautiful new white metal railing and screens. Everyone was professional and informative. The install was done in 3 days and the whole project from estimate to fabrication to install was less than 90 days. Definitely recommend patio enclosures!
I am writing on behalf of my parents in regards to their experience in dealing with Patio Enclosures. Their process began over a year ago and it's still not over. The contractors began construction on the four seasons room last summer. In the process of attaching it to the existing home, the contractor (whom the company claims is their best) left the roof unsealed overnight and it rained. This caused interior damage to the house. Edited 2/22/20: I have finally been able to revise my review & am reviewing our finished product, which we plan to enjoy for many years to come! I was contacted by the company, and they did acknowledge & apologize for our frustrating install. Edited 2/16/20: to summarize: 7 months from contract signing to them being done with us when we were told under 3 months. First work on site started end of October - 4 months after signing, then it took 3 months to fix everything. 3 failed inspections. No punch lists were made by Patio... read more
