Specials thanks to Viola for coordinating my project and also to Christina for installing my brand new Patio Enclosure. A true delight to work with! Absolutely no problems of any kind. Yes, a little pricey but I would absolutely do it over and over again. In a word…PERFECTION!
Viola was amazing and very pleasant to deal with. She communicated throughout the process to ensure that we knew what to expect and when things would get done. Despite some material hold ups everyone at Patio Enclosures made sure we were satisfied with the installation and finished product. The quality of the workmanship is impeccable. Patio Enclosures installed my new sunroom: glass, aluminum screens and aluminum knee rail to my existing covered patio, and did a stellar job. I had contact with 5 different people in the company during this process (Design Consultant, Operations Administrator, Field Supervisor, Service Dept and Installer), and everyone was so easy to communicate with and patient in answering questions and concerns. I love my sunroom! Everyone at the company was nice to work with and very pleasant. We did have some issues though. For instance, due to an mis-measure one of our panels was too big for the space and needed to be reordered. The part wasn't put on the truck the first month so we had to wait an extra month for it to come in! In the gap, a gaping 6 foot hole was left!
