Very happy with the install, the installers, and Josh who came after I called about an issue. Viola has been a good send, you should clone her. She is # 1 customer service, for sure. She was understanding and listened to me with a very large personal problem and said she would work with me, And she is a women of her word. I am enjoying the new enclosed patio… thank you all !! Sue
The quality of the windows and door are excellent. The finishing was atrocious. I spent 4 hours on the inside. They came back to "fix" the aluminum flashing gaps but patchwork is ugly.
Quality materials, installers were very efficient and had the job done within a day. Room looks great and very happy with the results. Highly recommend.
Kept in contact with me via polite personnel and fixed problems/requests in a timely manner.
The product is excellent, sturdy, beautiful. The installation was done well. The door fitting required a second visit which was done promptly. Very happy with my enclosure.
