We recently had a 12x28 foot sunroom added to our home. It is now the most beautiful room in the house. This was an amazing and wonderful experience watching this come together. Overall could not recommend this company. I would of preferred them to not take on the job instead of producing this. From the start was given poor expectations and communication on the process/timeline was nonexistent. Supplies were delivered unexpectedly and left on grass for 2 weeks. Start time was delayed multiple times and there would be days nobody showed up to work with tools and supplies everywhere in yard. This is my second experience with Patio Enclosures. 10 years ago they replaced my downstairs sunroom. They just replaced my upstairs sunroom. Outstanding service from when I first contacted them until my projects were finished. I had 2 Pella sunrooms replaced. The installer who installed my upstairs sunroom had installed my downstairs one 10 years ago. Both he and his helper worked hard and left my house clean. Very neat.
The company consultant Lee Griffin exceptional very informative, great product knowledge and provided ideas on what we were looking for in a sunroom.
