RecommendedDanny Pinkson and Matt did a great job installing our sunporch. I could tell they take pride in their work. Danny took time to explain everything they were doing and made sure all my questions were answered. They arrived when expected and worked hard in the extreme heat and humidity. Heather was also very helpful and friendly in assisting with the communication process from the office side. RecommendedEntire experience with the L'ville Patio Enclosure staff and crew was first-rate. Highly professional, yet friendly, interaction from the initial contact, to Mark the Design Consultant, to measurement, to installation including the finished product. One minor hiccup (factory issue) that was dealt with in an expeditious manner. They stuck to their timelines and the finished product added to our existing lake house immensely. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
RecommendedGreat customer service! My young dog saw a squirrel in the yard & forgot about the sliding screen door…..woops! Screen torn. Contacted Patio Enclosures & explained I had out of town guests arriving in a few days. Chad went out of his way to come pick up the sliding door on a Friday & returned it to me (good as new) on Monday! Very pleased! Thank you, Chad. Five stars ⭐️
