Our sunroom built in 2006 by Patio Enclosure is still our favorite room and highlights of the house. Unfortunately, some branches poked through the top surface of the roof earlier this year during a storm. We decided to put shingle roof on top of the existing one. Vince did a great job putting the new roof and gutter on. Thank you Vince!
It took us a while to get someone to assist in servicing and fixing our Patio Enclosure we had originally completed in 2005, but it finally was repaired professionally and promptly. Kaytee Hartung helped us get service and Tibor Gyori was the lead installer who was professional and knew what he was doing in the repairs. We very much appreciated the assistance and response.
Vince has been very receptive to trying to repair leaks and an issue with the screen. These are unfortunate events that happen when you install a new three season run. The important thing is that the service department is quick and responsive to your needs. Everyone from the sales team to the Service team have been excellent
The carpenter who completed the work was amazing. He did most of the work by himself. Some things were totally overpriced and we didn’t discover till after construction started that if we hired another company to do the roof for example, our warranty would be voided. We were told by the salespeople at our initial meeting it would be cheaper to hire our own people to do some of the finishing which wasn’t really true. So, buyer beware! Start to finish easy and professional. Sales hands off to project management who works with the technical team and install team. All teams are in sync at all times. The lead installer Tbore was exceptional and truly cared about the detail work. If he had a micrometer I am sure he would used it. Everything level and the job site was left spotless.
