I have had my Patio Enclosure for 2 years now and I am super happy with it and with the customer service they have. I had a screen room which they dismantled and, in a day, and a half the new "sunroom" was done. All debris was taken away, cleanup was impeccable, and the crew was very polite and attentive to detail. I obtained 3 estimates, and they had the best price, and the salesman was not pushy. Recently had a patio enclosure installed by Great Day and am very satisfied with the final product. The contractor (Empire Remodeling) did an excellent job in managing the installation even through a couple of challenges. The installation instructions as defined by Great Day did not include cutting pavers and filling the void with cement which caused a stop in work.
