The post-installation customer service is terrible. Our project was installed over the late summer, and we've been trying for 6 weeks to get someone to come out and repair the sliding glass door with multiple issues- no return calls from anyone. The one time I got someone onthe phone I was told they were "too busy" and "too short staffed" to help. They are happy to schedule that consult and take your money, but after that - you are on your own. I would not recommend Patio Enclosures in Oklahoma to anyone.
