Yikes what a mistake I made trusting this company or at least this branch! Months after install and I still can’t get a hold of a single person to call, text, or email me back! I paid $10k to get an unfinished porch and no communication! One door arrived broken out of 4- the kicker is that I only ordered 2 doors & that’s being blamed on my salesmen for ordering incorrectly. Jeremy came out and went over everything about Patio Enclosures to help us feel comfortable about hiring them to enclose our patio. He had samples of materials that will be used on the patio and gave designs to choose from. Very satisfied with what I have experienced so far. Winford B
Sales person Jake was very knowledgeable. Talked to Angie to get things rolling. Very friendly. Only down side was communication was lacking for installation day and where our product was. But I would use this company again and highly recommend.
I think everyone should know that the install crews that work for this company do NOT take back ground checks. So they could be sending anyone to your home. They do not take care of the customer they will sue you if your 81 yrs old and your husband dies. This honestly happened they allowed a installer to steal my equipment. Be aware this company owns Champion Windows as well. Same thing the Installers don't have to pass background checks.
Zach was great and very thorough with explaining the products, costs, and what to expect. In the end we decided to go with Patio Enclosures because of the customer service, honesty, and transparency!!!
