The company stayed in regular touch to update us on the progress of the manufacturing of our custom-manufactured materials, and to schedule the start of the installation. If you are looking to enclose your patio, this is the company to hire. From start to finish, I was communicated with every detail. I struggled a bit in the beginning with my HOA and they helped me with what I should relay to get the approval. Made dealing with the HOA a breeze. My wife and I purchased a new sun-room for our home this summer. The project started in August and finished in early September. This project was complex as it involved removal of an existing deck and the construction of a new 12x22 space. The entire room addition is insulated to give us more time in the space throughout the year. We also purchased on our own an electric heater that looks like a fireplace.
