We hired Great Day Improvements to have a patio enclosure done. The communication with the head office, service, etc. were satisfactory. We did have to call the service department for a few tweaks, but all in all we love our sunroom. We have just had it completed this October 2025, so I will be updating this review if anything occurs to the contrary. this was basically a conversion from a screened in porch to a 3-season room. So quick and such beautiful work! They left the area in good shape as well. We absolutely love it! It will be enjoyed for many years to come. Previously, we the porch would turn green from all of the pollen, and wind and was such a challenge to keep clean. Now with a 3-season room we can almost enjoy it all year.
My experience with the members of this company has been fantastic. From getting quotes to completing the project, everything was handled professionally, communicated clearly, and completed on time. The quality of the materials, work, and cleanup were great. The project not only met all expectations but also exceeded them in its execution.
I thought this was going to be painful, but Patio Enclosures hit a home run with us. It was just what we wanted. Their team was amazing. The materials arrived much earlier than we anticipated, so they jumped right in and did a great job with the installation. Yes, it was expensive, but you get what you pay for. I requested a sales person to come out to install windows to replace my screens. I asked to have the work inspected by the county. Initially, I was told I did not need it. Then I was told I needed a special metal bracket for the corners and then because of the cantilever of my deck I needed additional support poles.
