Sliding glass doors are difficult to close and lock. They are larger than the standard sliding glass doors and therefore heavier; that might be why. And I notice it more because (I'm told) I'm old. OK. So Be It.... But the installers were great and did a super job, and the office and sales people were very responsive.

A disappointing experience, to say the least. During the in-home consultation, the salesperson quoted the project at approximately $14,000. When I asked whether the company offered a military discount, I was told they did, and that the additional 5% concession would reduce the price into the upper-$13,000 range. The following day, however, I received the written proposal. Their install supervisor Ian Jackson considers this “quality finished product” from his 3 man install crew. Paid $17,000 for this room and I am just mortified! Dealing with their office people is a nightmare and they are not willing to take responsibility for anything. Their response, “some of our installers are better than others.” SERIOUSLY!
