Their install supervisor Ian Jackson considers this “quality finished product” from his 3 man install crew. Paid $17,000 for this room and I am just mortified! Dealing with their office people is a nightmare and they are not willing to take responsibility for anything. Their response, “some of our installers are better than others.” SERIOUSLY! Dash O'Connor, the design consultant, was professional and extremely helpful in envisioning the conversion of my existing 10x15 screened porch. He drew up a couple of quotes based on our discussion and described clearly what was covered, what materials would be used, and why. He was very professional and understood my needs. Recommend!
We love the screened in porch that Patio Enclosures put in for us. They kept us updated on when materials were coming in and scheduled us quickly once they arrived and varified. During installation there was a problem found and they had to reorder a part for us. They installed everything, ordered the new part, came back out in a timely manner and replaced the part.
