It is now the last day of January and should have had our enclosure finished in November (2 months ago). Salesman "Design Consultant" was a joke. His quote went from$28000 to $16000 with the presentation of another companies quote. He was putting down the quality of the other companies work even though he had no idea who they were. I was very disappointed.
The only thing good about great day improvement/Patio Enclosures was their sales person. He is the only one who has ever called me back. Run do not walk away from this company. But he really can’t do anything to fix problems now that they’ve gotten their money for the sunroom. I had to hold up the final payment to get them to finish the room. They put up a beautiful screen room with a roof. However, it wasn’t measured correctly, it wasn’t put up correctly, the first time, and it wasn’t finished correctly. There was a lot of ... read more
