We recently had Patio Enclosures convert our backyard patio into an enclosed sunroom. Overall, we’re very happy with the finished space, even though the process was far from smooth. The project was originally estimated at eight weeks, which I had no expectation that they could meet, but it ended up taking over six months! Quality of the work and materials are good. We love the space. It’s expanded usable space in our home and created an indoor/outdoor environment. The process and timeline maybe didn’t fit favorably with our initial expectations but what construction project ever does? Any frustrations and setbacks were dealt with professionally.
We have loved the concept of enclosing our deck, which has given us more livable space. The installation took over six months. The wrong doors were ordered twice. The installation was subcontracted to an outside contractor who tried to figure out how to assemble the jigsaw puzzle. One of our doors broke within the first week. Minus one star for the initial heartbreak, but the Patio Enclosures team came through for us. They designed and constructed a custom addition to cover our basement stairs. The initial work was 98% awesome, but that other 2% left us feeling wronged. We contacted Brady with management about our concerns and he assured us they’d make it right.
