I may be a little hasty (turns out I was not hast at all) with this review which is why I’m going with two stars and not one (changed to one). When you’ve paid $21,055 for a product and the service to have it installed, you expect not to be kept waiting and wondering about the issues you have with that product . Ann did a great job coming out to explain the product and was very patient in covering all of the options and designs we could do. Really appreciated her giving us the information and we learned a lot from our interaction and furthering our ideas on how we want to proceed with our project.

What a joy it was to work with such a professional team. Not only was the buying process smooth and non aggressive, the installation crew was also top notch. Our room turned out just the way we wanted it. Could not be more pleased.

I don’t typically write reviews but Patio Enclosures has forced me to make an exception. Do not recommend this company. I would give zero stars if that was an option. We signed a contract to install a sunroom on June 25. No progress since then. They still haven’t even completed the CAD drawings. You need to contact them multiple times to get a basic response.
