Beware. In March 2026 we agreed to purchase a very nice and very expensive solarium via this company. The salesperson said it would be approximately 10-12 weeks to complete. They wanted an over $30,000 deposit which we made available as soon as we ordered the solarium. We got an email in May saying everything was put together for the permit. Then....nothing. I may be a little hasty (turns out I was not hast at all) with this review which is why I’m going with two stars and not one (changed to one). When you’ve paid $21,055 for a product and the service to have it installed, you expect not to be kept waiting and wondering about the issues you have with that product . Our main issue is the handles for the three sliding windows. They are at different levels, and not just slightly different. The salesman explained all the details to me completely. He sent me the information that I needed to get my HOA approval to screen in my back patio. He also came to check it out when it was finished. There are still a couple minor things that need repaired, but he is notified the office about what needs to be done. I was very pleased with the subcontractor who installed the screening and the door to my patio. It looks great. I recommend them for install installing screening on your patio if you need it

Brady was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry. He provided very informative insight regarding materials and construction which gave me a good understanding of project details. He did not pressure us to purchase and was very understanding when we told him that we will still need more time to make our final decision. Thank you Brady for your professionalism.
