I may be a little hasty with this review which is why I’m going with two stars and not one. But when you’ve paid $21,055 for a product and the service to have it installed, you expect not to be kept waiting and wondering about the issues you have with that product . Our main issue is the handles for the three sliding windows. They are at different levels, and not just slightly different. I don’t typically write reviews but Patio Enclosures has forced me to make an exception. Do not recommend this company. I would give zero stars if that was an option. We signed a contract to install a sunroom on June 25. No progress since then. They still haven’t even completed the CAD drawings. You need to contact them multiple times to get a basic response.
Great experience with our design consultant. Great product, from start to finish all around a great company.
Every step of the way was a dream. No pushy salesman, super great communication through out the process and the final product is perfection!
