Our final project is very nice. The process along the way, however, had some frustrations. 1. We were told by the sales person to just mud jack the concrete. Then we were told by the person who came to measure to have a subfloor put in. Finally we were told by the installer to have self leveling concrete put in. When the flooring installer came they poured concrete to smooth out the uneven places but left the floor slopping down from the house. 2. The installer caulked over places that needed painting. Great customer service from start to finish. Sales people Melissa and Caleb were very through and answered all my questions. Bill Fleming did a great job removing the old enclosure and installing the new one. Very easy process.
Our experience was great. The sales person came complete with samples of all our options. He helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. When it came to installation Bill Fleming came in, got the job done and it looks great. I would highly recommend Patio Enclosures Sunrooms. We look forward to enjoying it year round. Lori "Beth"
The patio enclosure covered screened porch is wonderful. The installation team, Cliff and Anna, did a fantastic job, and it is for the installation team and the product that I give a 5 star rating. I was not as satisfied with the Denver sales and administrative staff at Great Day improvements, who were terrible at managing customer expectations. The installation of our patio enclosure went well but took a little longer than expected. Monica was great to work with and was able to answer all my questions. The installer was very good at his job and knew just what to do to make everything fit together perfectly. We are very pleased with a job well done.
