Your billing system is horrible. When I pay my co payment as prompted as part of the check in process, I am billed a second time the day of my appointment. Customer service is a joke. They placed me on an endless hold. After 45 minutes I chose to have my call returned, it never was. After repeated calls I reached an agent that promised to provide an accounting of my payments.
