I am very happy with Dr. Trish. She always gets back to me much sooner than I expect . I feel that she always listens to what I have to say and is extremely responsive. However, I don’t understand why I have to fill out the same information every single time I am going to have a session with both of my doctors that I deal with. Today was my first meeting with Patricia. I felt it went very well. Even through a computer update that disconnected our session for five minutes. When I returned back to the session, she was patiently waiting. I felt she understood my concerns. She addressed them thoughtfully and was very caring. I was looking for help with a condition that was new to me and was not yet understood by me or a healthcare practitioner. I felt like this counselor really didn't understand what I was describing.
