Yeah Patricia asked me all the right questions. However, I'm the traditional school and like to be examined but I guess that's not in the cards so I don't understand that part. I am a good health so I'm happy for that and maybe they can do everything now on the computer so I don't have to physically examine you but I don't care for that. I'm not blaming her. She's always a very nice lady. I'm just saying the way the system is now. I don't care for that.
Had a wellness check with Patricia Samuels, when I was concerned about my blood work I left 2 messages and personally went to the office once to have her call me, the office said they gave her the message, 2 weeks later still waiting for a call back. Also I was suppose to get a referral for a EMG, talked to the referral person twice, they said they were working on it, never received a referral or a call back. Guess once you leave the office your on your own, definitely will not recommend this office, changing doctors
My appointment was excellent! Patricia obviously truly cares about the patients she sees. She took the time to understand everything going on before providing guidance. Truly a caregiver who wants to see people stay healthy, heal when needed and not just throw medicine at them to mask symptoms. Thank you very much for the awesome care Patricia!
I am a longtime patient. Although Dr Tucker has moved on, the office continues to serve the community. The staff function well, are personable and friendly. Patricia, the APRN, is attentive when listening and provides good feedback. This is where community medicine starts.
She was very good explaining everything on the blood work and the whole physical at my level so I could understand the medical terms
