I canceled the first two home mortgage companies I called for reasons of not answering my phone calls and having a minimum of 45 day closing and high rates. Then I called Patrick and he was always available, had the lowest rates and could close in 30 days or less if needed. I don’t give very many 5 star reviews out but Patrick definitely deserves one.
I don’t usually make reviews but this guy deserves a raving review. A little back drop went through a divorce. Wasn’t sure what purchasing power I had for a house. I have two little babies and myself and we needed a home to call our forever home. I called Patrick as for he has handled majority of our loans in the past with my ex & I.
