We had a horrible storm hit a few weeks ago. We filled our claim, and they sent out Patriot Claims. The inspector was very nice. He helped me understand what was going to happen. Sadly, my claim was denied, but it was not due to Patriot. They spent an hour out at my home and checked EVERYTHING! Their due dillegence was better than any other time I've dealt with claim inspetctors. Thank you Patriot for your help!
Lass is terrific helping me today with the roof inspection. Not only he is very professional, but also he went above and beyond to explain what I should be doing, even helping me talk to the insurance company to explain the situation. He was very patient, and kind. I wish all inspector are like him!
Caleb did a great job working with us on our insurance claim. We had a lot of issues and concerns. He addressed each one them without any hesitation and spent quality time on each one of our concerns. Very satisfied!

Just wanted to thank Dan Burrow for his professionalism. He did a re-inspection on a hail/wind damage claim for us. I don't even know the outcome yet, but I was impressed with his thorough inspection of our property, his prompt arrival and returning calls when he said he would.
