Lass is terrific helping me today with the roof inspection. Not only he is very professional, but also he went above and beyond to explain what I should be doing, even helping me talk to the insurance company to explain the situation. He was very patient, and kind. I wish all inspector are like him!
Just wanted to thank Dan Burrow for his professionalism. He did a re-inspection on a hail/wind damage claim for us. I don't even know the outcome yet, but I was impressed with his thorough inspection of our property, his prompt arrival and returning calls when he said he would. He also got his report into my adjuster very quickly! He was personable and friendly! If I could give less stars I would. JC the inspector notified me about an hour before his arrival time via text and I let him know I was at was unable to make it. I was at work, but I had my roof contractor there to meet him. He left after 2 minutes because he wanted me or my wife to be there to see the damage. He did not let me know so I could have left work. There was only exterior damage so he did not need to go into the house. My contractor offered to let him in but he refused. He could have showed me in pictures because... read more
