This one is hard to rate. Patriot seems to be a middleman for these buildings who, if my salesman is to be believed, selects from a pool of three manufacturers. In my case, it was Star Metal Buildings and Carports. Patriot, to my eyes, had very little to do with the actual building other than taking my money (the deposit, anyway... Bought my first building from Zane Hawkins and am super happy with it. The process was quick and easy. He Came out, I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Highly recommend him and this company . Will definitely be calling him again for the next one.
