Nothing could have been better. Patty is absolutely awesome and the best. We've worked with Patty in the past and we new to call Patty again for our current home purchase. Wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Patty is awesome she came highly recommended, Patty kept us in the loop from the very beginning of the process she is extremely organized knows the market, provides excellent customer service she was on top of our loan process 24/7 we were relocating from Ncal to Scal Patty had everything taken care of given we couldn't just pop into the office at any time. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Patty did a refinance of my loan to get a more aggressive rate. She was kind, funny and super efficient, reminding me to send my docs I forgot to gather, scan and email. She took as much off my plate as possible to make the process less taxing, as I work full-time and am a single homeowner. She's the best!!!
