Great knowledgable team. Paul Lancaster knows the ins and out of the business and he guides you through every single step. Through out the process I felt like Paul and his team were on my side. From application to closing. Always available and willing to work with my circumstances. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Paul was great during the process. He’s efficient as well. If I ever decide to get another house, next to my realtor, I am going to seek Paul out for the lending.
Using first heritage was a nightmare. I would never recommend them to anyone. Almost everyone in the process was either inept or did not care. Paul Lancaster was the worst of the bunch. He never picked up and when he did he was useless at best. If it wasn’t for the closing credit I would have walked away at the get go.
First Heritage Mortgage helped me find the best options for financing and supported Maryland Mortgage programs for first time homebuyers. They also sent the most beautiful gift after I moved into my first home which was totally unexpected.
It was wonderful working with Mr. Paul. He was always available and approachable. I thank him for being a part of making our family's dream come true.
