Dr. Lanes office is the most efficiently ran doctors office I, at 70 yrs.old, have ever been a patient of. The front desk is very busy however, they remained calm, focused and professional. Once you are in a room, your wait is minimum before someone comes in. Within seconds Dr.Lane was there for both visits. He explained everything to me so that I could understand the operation. I met with Dr. Paul Lane when coming to him with neck, back, and right side pain that had just started occurring a month ago. He was extremely thorough in reviewing my x-ray and medical charts. He took the time to explain specifically what was causing my pain along with offering several options of treatment. He also caught a possible other concern from my x-ray that is extremely important in moving forward with my care. I will continue to work with him, his business partners, and nurses. We did have kind of a long wait, but it was well worth it! It was the first time visit for my husband. They took x-rays of his back before he ever saw the doctor, which was really good. So he didn’t need to see the doctor then have x-rays then come back to the doctor, etc.!Also, the fact he didn’t have to go somewhere else for x-rays, they have the machine right there in their own facility. I have only just begun my journey with Dr Lane and Valdosta Orthopedic Associates. I have hope that I might finally have relief to my back pain. I was so impressed by my first appointment, Dr Lane listened to me and to my concerns. I found him to be helpful and provided with options and choices to help me with my Journey.
This was my first visit with Dr. Lane. He was very professional and explained the results in my X-Rays and CT scans. When I departed, I left feeling very confident that should I need to have surgery, he'd do an outstanding job!
