Although I wanted to have a good experience at Paul's practice, it's just another low quality unreliable Medi-Cal clinic that isn't capable of doing anything except its in a fancier office. I haven't even had 3 appointments here and I already have experienced 3 problems. Problem 1: I Specifically requested IN PERSON ONLY appointments when I originally signed up as a new patient.
