Vicki has been so easy to work with when we first got our mortgage and then again when we refinanced. She explained all our options and helped us make the right choice for us. The mortgage process went so smoothly both times. We will continue to use her whenever we purchase our refinance.
Todd was always available and kept me up to date about the status of the loan. He patiently answered any questions, no matter how dumb. I felt like he actually had our back through the process-- I never felt like he was trying to sell me on something or pull one over on us. And he was beyond flexible during the signing process. I have already recommended Todd to friends and family who have mentioned mortgages, and I have actually already touched base with him about a future loan.
My wife and I didn't even know that Vicki was keeping an eye on interest rates on our behalf. Her initiative was the main reason we decided to refinance. She kept us informed throughout the process, and we couldn't be happier.
