I rated a star just so I can get on here and expose this place. If you are looking for a place for someone you love this is definitely not it. The only thing that looks good about this place is the website. It's so deceiving This place should not be open. It is not even fit for animals. The place smells of urine on every floor, lack of nutrition is so poor, the food is awful. If a resident does not eat what they served they just stay hungry. Now lets go to the staff. I usually don't write reviews but, I wanted to express my gratitude. This place is wonderful and the staff is compassionate and professional. My aunt had a great treatment here, 100% percent recommended.
I had a fantastic experience with this business. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The nurse director very understandable, she made the entire process for my grandpa very smooth.
This place is definitely not the place you want to put a loved one if you do think twice because it’s like signing their death certificate this place smells of urine and feces most of the employees here are incompetent and have nasty attitudes patients that can’t get out of bed to go to the bathroom will drown in their own piss and feces so do your loved ones a favor look for other places and do your research and read the reviews because the reviews speak for themselves mind you the star I gave this place wasn’t intentionall... read more
Not sure why all the very negative reviews? My father was in bad shape when admitted. When released a little over a month later he was stronger, ate better and seemed more accepting of a better diet from his experience at woodridge. Everyone I was in contact with was professional and courteous. Thank you all for your hard work.
