We felt the high level of professionalism from the time we walked into Dr. Pawelek’s office. It flowed from front to back. Great office staff, they are always so sweet when we come in. Dr. Pawelek is great too, he answers all of our questions while making us feel comfortable with everything that’s going on. 100% recommend!
I’m 70 and just got Invisaligns. The entire staff is nice and makes sure you understand everything and are comfortable. Dr Pawelek is great.
Seriously the absolute best staff you could want in an orthodontist office. Today's experience getting my ceramic braces off should have been a very uncomfortable appointment, but Jennifer was so amazing, explaining everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Megan is another one of my favorites during these past few years, always providing a fun and comfortable atmosphere. Absolutely love this place. Everyone is warm and welcoming. My daughter has had braces for about 4 months and every appointment has been a good experience. She is 11 and they are patient with her especially because she isn’t afraid to voice if she is uncomfortable or hurting. They are so great at listening to her and readjusting or explaining what going on and how much longer it will take. I really appreciate this office for their hospitality and kindness.
