I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I started using this company for payroll. They are horrible! You can never get ahold of them, your representative will never return your calls, and if you need help with something they don’t know the answer to help. ZERO STARS please read reviews before you work with this company!
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! I am so glad that we no longer use this company! I still have access to login and view certain details, but can no longer access check stubs, wage information, etc. Why can't I see information that I provided? Just because we found a better payroll company to use? I had to chat a BOT to get to a real person on chat, to get a 1st name only and # for my Paychex rep. I'm unsure if this company is a scam. I signed up my business two months ago, and the first payroll payment went through successfully. However, for the second payment, I received instructions from the agent asking me to wire money into an account before they could pay my workers. I found this very odd, so I called my bank to stop all payments and change my banking information. Customer service has been horrible; I haven’t been able to reach anyone for the past three days. Hands down the worst payroll company ever. We received a certified letter from the IRS for my unpaid payroll taxes from last year, threatening to seize our assets. Paychex has failed to pay them, even though they took the money.
