Under no circumstance should you EVER select Paychex for your payroll needs. Every bad review here echo's our issues, and the poor service provided by Paychex. I understand their prices seem like a deal, but the amount of headache you will endure will not be worth it even in the slightest. Save both yourself and your employees from a terrible experience and decision. Go with a trusted payroll service such as ADP. Our experience with Paychex PEO has been extremely disappointing. During the sales and implementation process, we were promised a smooth transition, dedicated support, simplified HR and payroll administration, and minimal disruption to our business operations. This company is HORRIBLE. Constant late 941 payments, MONTHS behind, causing us not only a huge headache but charges with the IRS. Refusing to give us copies of what they filed. They filed the 941s 10 days after they sent 6 months of payments, but conveniently forgot to add what quarter it needed to go to. It took 3 hours on the phone with the IRS to fix it all. DON'T waste your time.
I have never seen a company with a lower rating that this. And it totally makes sense. I am not sure what’s going on, they just need to shut it down. It is April 9th and I cannot get a human on any of all their phone Numbers I have dialed. And their online site is no different to navigate there’s nothing there. I need my documents to file taxes, I have been dialing different numbers for almost 2 hrs.
This is one of the worst organizations I’ve ever delta with. Not just payroll service, worst in general. They are incredibly unorganized, they make so many mistakes with reimbursements, employee info, end of year taxes, etc etc and there is zero accountability. They’re even still processing payroll after we completely canceled our account with them a month ago. Their turnover is the most I’ve seen..
