This is one of the worst organizations I’ve ever delta with. Not just payroll service, worst in general. They are incredibly unorganized, they make so many mistakes with reimbursements, employee info, end of year taxes, etc etc and there is zero accountability. They’re even still processing payroll after we completely canceled our account with them a month ago. Their turnover is the most I’ve seen.. We’ve been a Paycheck customer for almost two years now. As the HR representative for our company, I can confidently say that while the payroll and HR services started off strong, things have significantly declined especially when it comes to their benefits and health insurance support. I agree they do not deserve even one star. My payroll was held one time and not released. I was never notified. My employees contacted me because they could not view their checks on line. When I questioned Paychex, the returned with the answer that one of the bonus checks for an employee was over the limit. No one has ever told me what the limit was. I am VERY UNHAPPY with Paychex. If I could give them a negative score I would. I am employed by a small business that recently sold their company and terminated their contract with Paychex. Along with our health benefits we were given the option to contribute to a 401K. Since the contract was discontinued with Paychex, they have basically been holding our retirement money hostage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This company is worth 0 stars. I’ve had nothing but issues from the start and no one can get anything to work correctly. They have cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. They never respond to emails or calls and if you want talk to someone be ready to be on hold for over an hour. This company is an absolute embarrassment.
