I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I started using this company for payroll. They are horrible! You can never get ahold of them, your representative will never return your calls, and if you need help with something they don’t know the answer to help. ZERO STARS please read reviews before you work with this company!
Hands down the worst payroll company ever. We received a certified letter from the IRS for my unpaid payroll taxes from last year, threatening to seize our assets. Paychex has failed to pay them, even though they took the money.
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! I am so glad that we no longer use this company! I still have access to login and view certain details, but can no longer access check stubs, wage information, etc. Why can't I see information that I provided? Just because we found a better payroll company to use? I had to chat a BOT to get to a real person on chat, to get a 1st name only and # for my Paychex rep. Paychex has really changed they hold your claims forever now even when you submit documents to support your claims. In there own words they say when you submit your claims they have three days to process your claims not for me !!!! And when you ask to speak to a supervisor they busy or another call never get call back to-even try to resolve anything.Money was taken from my 2024 account to pay a 2025 claim so when I tried to submit a claim for 2024 it was denied due to insufficient funds????
