Would give 0 if I could. By far the worst customer service. Hidden fees and they are quick to tack them on without explanation. Good luck getting ahold of your advisor after being onboarded but don’t think you are getting less than 10 calls a day before you are officially onboarded. After that, it’s ghost town with no responses but won’t hold back on adding fees to your account and withholding tax documents.

Useless app, poor customer service, dishonest company. Tried rolling over my 401k, they did not send a check for the full amount after being told to use their full rollover option on their online application. They are holding my money trying to collect another processing fee.

I submitted payroll and the app says "We will call you if there is an issue" but the payment should have been released days ago and I never got a call. I had to call them to get it released. They are getting 3 stars because the rep was SO nice and explained they are aware of the issue and it has been made aware to the higher ups but the higher ups aren't doing their jobs. This company is absolutely horrible. One of my biggest mistakes is switching to them. They are terrible at communication, I've been calling for 3 straight weeks to try and set up time cards for my employees. Nobody there seems to care, they just keep passing you off to another department or someones voicemail. Nobody returns calls or emails. I've never been more frustrated with a company in my life.

I hate paychex so much, I wish our company never switched to them, I miss our old payroll. The app is worthless, and try getting ahold of them, try it.
