Don't do it! It's a trap! I bought one based on the specs. It was a mistake. The scanner may some day be a good model. But right now it is not ready for prime time. The firmware version 0.93 (not yet even 1.0) locks up my computer. The scanner takes a long time to initialize after sleeping. It can scan 32 pages into the internal buffer, but transfers of data out were slow. The hopper has some fold-down flimsy plastic guides.
