Rented a U-Haul from them a few months back for a local move (rent and return same location). SUPER easy to deal with. Booked online for an in-person pickup and the service was superb! The nice lady explained everything clearly and was very upfront and honest about everything. Since we did the check-in prior to coming (which requires you to upload your license), we were in and out in less than 10 mins. Bonus points for a small parking area in case you need to drive your own vehicle to go pick up the truck.
I wanted to thank this company. For helping me with storage again. This is the secound time i used them.The service is great .I felt safe haveing my stuff their . Peace of Mind is exceptional. They stored my furniture for 4 years while my family lived overseas, and then continued to store one bedroom worth when we moved back and couldn't fit it all for years later. They were friendly, accountable, and reached out if ever there were any concerns. I didn't feel like I just threw my stuff into a pit somewhere. Pricing was fair. And I could always reach them easily if I had any concerns. Highly recommend. Great people.
The manager was so helpful and great to work with. Exceptional, really. I have become used to the minimal effort work ethic initiative that has become too common. This place understands customer service and ensuring return business. I was so pleased I thought I should share it with the world.
Gated and safe with key code access, this place is well maintained and has wonderful customer service. They also rent Uhauls. So convenient!
