I scheduled and it took three months for a visit. I needed a preventive care visit. I did not get reminder because they recorded the wrong area code number. I was 17 minutes late and they scheduled another appt another 3 months out. I had reasons for visit so they took me in. I still asked for preventive care screenings when they took me in. I got refureal to doctor cl I nice in grediley for hernia repair they made appt and going to get operated at orchard hospital and when they did everything went wrong turns out they don't supose to do surgery at that hospital got real sick flat line and had sepsis the clinic ignored me but the medical board also suck they protect the doctors not the patient's so I finally am going to get justice what kind of clinic referral a patient to the butchers they knew orchard hospital in gridley wasn't a real hospital yea so this clin... read more
Visited this facility last summer, and was turned down care. Wasted my time, took me into the patient room took x-ray of my teeth (what's left of them) and the doctor comes in, looks at my mouth, gives me three referrals to other dentists and sent me on my way without any care. WASTED MY WHOLE DAY. FOR NOTHING. I'm wondering if they were taking advantage of my health insurance companies? I've heard this happens ALL THE TIME. What a shame. The staff is amazing!! Always greet with a smile. Make you feel like family. My provider always offer a hand shake, and ask if everything is OK. And how is the family. I know he does not know them. Makes me feel good that he does ask. My provider always wants to know if I have any questions. And makes sure I understand what's going on with my Care.
I love my son’s doctors. They are all amazing. With my son having adhd, his psychiatrist Franchesca Tucker has been a blessing. She helped my son find the right medication which has overall changed his life. He is not getting bullied anymore and his grades have made a 360 for the better. He was struggling hard. She is kind and caring, and I absolutely recommend her!!
