this is my first time at the clinic where I was assigned a general practitioner. It is definitely a very nice office with wonderful staff, and the practitioner was very nice and listened to everything that I had to tell her about my health and my concerns. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody needing urgent care or primary care.
Horrible experience. I asked at the receptionist desk every day for months if I owe money or a copay and was told no so I figured my insurance must be covering it because I only had 30 minute therapy sessions. Then one day I get a text from Peach tree that I owe $700. They never even sent any bill to my address on file. When I talked to the manager about it she said that they would not know my billing amount or balance at the receptionist desks. They always meet my needs and listen to me carefully, and they send my referrals, they get my xrays mri appts and i feel cared for. Plus they have a clean office and a nice xmas tree right now. They offer optometry as well as chiropractic care. Plus other tjings im ptobably not aware of yet. I love Peach Tree!
I usually don’t write reviews, but I really wanted to leave one for this place. Yesterday, my dad suddenly got sick, so we went to Peach Tree Urgent Care. Thankfully, after waiting for a bit, we were able to see a doctor — and it turned out to be the same one who saw my dad before when he came in for his vaccine! I’m very disappointed with the service I received today at your optical clinic. I came from a long distance to pick up my glasses at 11:35 a.m., but I was told the clinic was closed for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Even though I arrived just five minutes after 11:30, no one was willing to help or simply hand me my glasses. It’s frustrating to travel such a long way and then be told to wait nearly two hours because of a rigid lunch schedule. This kind of policy shows a lack of respect for patients’ time.
