I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Angela Ngo at Peach Tree Health North Sacramento. Dr. Ngo has been my eye doctor for more than four years, and she is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain my eye exams and answer all of my questions. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and kind approach make every visit comfortable and reassuring. I usually don’t write reviews, but I really wanted to leave one for this place. Yesterday, my dad suddenly got sick, so we went to Peach Tree Urgent Care. Thankfully, after waiting for a bit, we were able to see a doctor — and it turned out to be the same one who saw my dad before when he came in for his vaccine! Everybody here is very nice and professional. Waiting time was not long at all. Sarah was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I really like Peach Tree that’s the reason I’ve been with them for probably 10 years or more.
I Love Dr. Singh. He listens to me and all of my concerns. Probably the best doctor I have had. Plus all the staff at Peachtree are very nice and professional. I don't have anything negative to say except it is really hard to get a sick appointment. Clinics are over booked and understaffed but I have had nothing but great experiences at Peachtree.
I’m very disappointed with the service I received today at your optical clinic. I came from a long distance to pick up my glasses at 11:35 a.m., but I was told the clinic was closed for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Even though I arrived just five minutes after 11:30, no one was willing to help or simply hand me my glasses. It’s frustrating to travel such a long way and then be told to wait nearly two hours because of a rigid lunch schedule. This kind of policy shows a lack of respect for patients’ time.
