Process took a little longer due to me being considered a new patient under new medical insurance. The nurse practitioner was great very clear and concise. He listen attentively and was very supportive. Peach Tree might have its ups and downs but I have not had any negative experiences with the staff in the North side of Sacramento. I strongly recommend this clinic
I cannot express enough how much I LOVE this place. My children’s pediatrician is Dr. Rastogi and she is THE BEST! She listens well and we feel heard and seen when we visit her. I happened to go to their Immediate Care recently and It felt so good to be taken care of PROPERLY when I’m sick. There were short wait times, clean waiting rooms and kind staff. It was great and fast and was able to see my Dr in a great deal of time. I love my new Dr she really cared about everything that was wrong with me .and asked me everything about how I was feeling and to make sure I was ok with everything. I've been with peach tree for years now never won't change it for nothing. And I want to thank the receptionist they were really kind and thank everyone .
My parents have been going to Dr. Madeline Nguyen for several years and she's wonderful! Very attentive, caring and effective. She can communicate in Vietnamese which is a great plus for those patients. The facility is clean, staff are nice. We also really like the optometrist Dr. Ngo. They just added chiropractor service, which is also amazing! Thank you, and hope Peach Tree keep up the great work.
My son’s third birthday checkup appointment was scheduled for 363 days after his second birthday checkup. I voiced my concerns upon making the appointment, at check in as well as to the nurse bringing us back, that the insurance might not cover it, since it hadn’t been a year. Each time I was assured that it was fine. Then the doctor casually mentions, as she’s preparing the vaccinations, that it would most likely all be out of pocket since she sees it hasn’t been a year yet.
