It was good but it takes an extremely long time to get seen. Also the NP told me it takes two days for results. I didn't receive a call. So then I call the clinic and I asked the M.A. how long till they response said she sent the message to doctor. I asked she said 24hrs. So now I have to wait even longer. This place is good for little things. But when it comes to health serious health things NOT GOOD they truly are just a clinic!!!!!
It’s been over a year since I started accompanying my mom to this clinic, and ever since we met Dr. Karen Tang, I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else. I even gave up on the idea of moving to a different neighborhood just to stay close to this clinic! The facilities here are cleaner than any other clinic I’ve been to, and most of the medical staff are incredibly professional and kind. My entire family now only wants to come here. The reception team took me in immediately and I was called on shortly after. The medical assistants and trainees were prompt and respectful. Dr. Lee the NP was very thoughtful and reserved judgement. Overall I was taken care of very well for my first time at this clinic. I will highly recommend this clinic to friends.
Everything was GREAT. From the front desk ladies, to the optometry assistant, to the eye doctor. See how I stop there? My only complaint and loss of stars is for your UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUUUUUDE eye glass department. The assistant who led me to the back and did all the tests was a amazing, then after Dr Ngo was done, the assistant walked me over the waiting area for glasses. Peach Tree used to be half decent when I started going there over 2 years ago. But lately they have been absolutely terrible. Today they called to confirm an appointment for this Monday. I confirmed. 2 minutes later they call back again and say that my doctor is only doing telehealth now. I said well can I see someone else. No there are zero other options.
