The staff is friendly but I am in complete question of the experience of the doctor that I saw. In my opinion he wasn't thorough. Also the doctor knowing full well that I had been dilated flipped on all the lights in the room and did not offer something to protect my eyes. In my opinion this is not a place you want to have your eyes examined. I was poverty shamed for not being able to seek a specialist for my son before we had an insurance access change - and made disapproving noises at like it was my fault. The doctor dumped scary information on my head about my own eyes and sent me out. I have a follow up on the 17th (I think? I honestly don't care), but I will not be attending. I will not be returning. I have been medically abused for being fat and poor and neurodiverse, and suffer from severe anxiety and cPTSD in regards to *any* kind of medical setting. ... read more
I too, expereinced the same as other pists The staff was frei dly but no info about anythi g when asked a simple question; what do I qulify for, when can I order, today, tomarrow do I have to come back. And, NO PROTECTECTIVE suglasses when eyes dialated. I barely made the 5mi. drive home. Still waiting to get order for glasses.
A fun selection of glasses to choose from - I got a few of my own here at a very low price of only 50$ for single vision pair, and another through insurance. Very nice front desk and the doctor here is very thorough!
The staff is a joke, was told I needed glasses but then the staff rushed me out the door and didn't let me chose glasses, so here I am with a prescription for glasses, and this place didn't let me pick glasses. Guess I'll just go without and my follow up apt. Will make them look stupid.
