We had an appointment at 8:30 am didnt get taken back until almost 10:30!!! Not impressed at all. Especially when you have children waiting that long not to mention one thats Autistic. I realize things can happen to set them a bit behind but almost 2 hrs was a bit much. Otherwise they are very nice and very accomadating.
It's exactly how U would expect and want your children taken care of. The workers are amazing and never disappoint. I don't drive and it takes almost 40min to get there. But I wouldn't change a thing. Mine are pre teens. But they treat everyone the same. Always something to do to keep your other children busy. They accommodate each child. I am very pleased to be a part of them. If you'd have little kids or teens. I highly recommend.
From the moment we walked in the entire staff made us feel welcome and happy. I was at another dentist before this one and it was NOTHING like this! The staff here were truly ment to be on this field of work! I feel like they all have an ECE background that’s how amazing they are with the children! I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this office! I wish I could come here for myself. Thank you so much to everyone here for helping put my mind and anxiety at ease and caring for my children.
Just switched to this dentist for my 4 year old and am so happy with our experience so far- we will be bringing our 2 year olds here as well! The team is very welcoming and create a fun experience- my daughter was so excited to come back for another appointment.
My children all feel comfortable at this dentist! Everyone is welcoming and I have full confidence in their care. We were referred by family after a bad experience with my son elsewhere and it was a great decision. Big and small - all my children enjoy their experience now!
